As of right now, we are purging all members from this club. We will be updating it and hopefully making it fun for everyone again, including getting a forum up and running once more!

We are looking for active members, whether they post in the forums, go in the chatroom or submit artwork.

Joining is closed until further notice. If you send us messages asking to join, they will sadly have to be ignored.

I understand for a lot of people this decision came out of nowhere and many of you may be upset at the possibility of not being able to claim back the same character as you once had. Please understand that this was not a decision taken lightly and this was indeed found to be the fairest way of renewing the club.

Originally this club was started off to be fairly small (with only one moderator), including only the characters out of the G1 Transformers cartoon. It quickly grew and a list of all G1 transformers had to be included, however this still wasn't enough! Many requests for characters already taken continued to pour in but there was no fair way of deciding between those people who were still active and wanted to keep their characters, and those that did not. Previously an opt-in method was tried as a way to free up characters that were no longer wanted. However this failed and club activity continued to plummet, so much so that in the last competition there was all but one entry and it had to be cancelled. The last official club activity was recorded in 2010, 2 years ago. Over the past couple of months the chatroom has seen no activity and the forum hasn't been used in far longer. It seemed the only way to restart this club was to design a. a new method for taking characters and b. to start over but give our current members a fair chance at rejoining the club.

I sincerely hope that our watchers and members still wanting to participate rejoin us again once Joining is reopened, and I look forward to seeing you all in the new forums and chatroom!
